The Design Loft

Shop for beautiful hand-crafts and original Irish design, from jewellery and accessories to home-wares, at the Design Loft at Powerscourt, upstairs in Powerscourt House.

The spectacular gallery in Powerscourt House showcases over 40 different Irish designers and makers, all in the stunning surroundings of Powerscourt Estate. Owners Heather and David Walsh have have introduced many new emerging Irish designers to the gallery and are thrilled to showcase their talent in such a unique setting.

The collection from local designers and makers, largely from Wicklow and Dublin, covers most craft disciplines including pottery, wood work, jewellery and ceramics. There are also locally produced gifts and home-wares, from exclusive scented candles to natural beauty care. Designers, artists and makers include Rubyhues, Christoffersen, Abbey Crafts, Green Gorgeous, Emma’s So Naturals, Popzle, Jim Scully, Killiney Arts, Fab Cow and Airy Fairy Cow.
